We want every guide to be useful to you. If you're not happy with a guide you bought from PDF Guide Habits, email us at pdfguidehabits@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate feedback.
How to request a refund
Email pdfguidehabits@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
We'll confirm your request, usually within 2 business days.
Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Digital products
All our products are digital downloads, so there is nothing to send back. When a refund is issued, the license to use the guide ends and we ask that you delete your copy.
Download problems
If a file won't download or open, contact us before requesting a refund. We'll resend your link or send the file another way.
Misuse
We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
